Volume 'Rock Chick' Hair

I really like the rock chick inspired, volumous, big hair look! So today I tried to get this effect, I'm pretty happy with the results!  I was inspired by these two hair styles.

After blow drying with a round metal brush. I split my hair into three sections. Starting with the lower section I used my Babyliss Total Freedom curling tong, not on every part of my hair just random bits. Then did this for the rest of the hair. For styling it and volume I used VO5 Extreme style matt clay. For extra 'oomph' use some 'dust it'. Then I just styled it about with my sticky fingers from the matt clay and blasted it with hairspray. Here are the results. :)

DIY Studded Crop Top

I had some spare studs and I saw this little top and thought it would look cool with some studs.
I added some round the neck line and this is how it turned out!

Sleek True Colour Lipstick - Pink Freeze Review

This is my first product review and I have decided to do it on a lipstick I have just bought.
This is the second Sleek lipstick I have purchased. I find their matte lipsticks really good.
This one is in pink freeze, its a lovely not too bright pink colour.

They usually stay on for up to three to four hours before you have to re apply and they are very smooth and moisturizing. They are only £3.99 each from Superdrug

Night Faerie

Brian Froud had influenced me greatly over the years and I love drawing faeries.

Burlesque Sugar Skull Lady

Another sugar skull girl that I created using gouache, pens, ink and acrylic.

She has burlesque inspired hair.

What I'm wearing tonight.
I am going to see a friends band in Glasgow, then after that I'm going to a burlesque show.
Couldn't decide what to wear as usual so went with this.

Some drawings I have done recently using mainly water colour, pens, pencils and ink.

I really enjoy drawing these girls, they are pretty but haunting.

I am a 24 year old girl from Glasgow, I go to college in Glasgow, I am studying illustration and I love it!
I love creating art, using my imagination, experimenting and sketching things I see.
